Projekt został zaakceptowany do realizacji i uzyskał dofinansowanie w kwocie: 107 339,82 PLN.
W grudniu 2020 została podpisana umowa finansowa.
Program projektu został opracowany w oparciu o Europejski Plan Rozwoju Szkoły, który określa potrzeby szkoły i obszary wymagające poprawy. Cele projektu wynikają z głównych potrzeb szkoły. Są to: rozwinięcie kompetencji językowych naszych nauczycieli i kształtowanie ich wielojęzyczności, lepsza organizacja doradztwa zawodowego w Zespole Szkół Specjalnych w Warcie, rozwijanie kompetencji kluczowych u uczniów, zastosowanie innowacyjnych metod i narzędzi pracy z uczniem o specjalnych potrzebach edukacyjnych, a także odniesienie europejskiego wymiaru instytucji oraz pozyskanie szkoły partnerskiej do projektu ,,Ponadnarodowa mobilność uczniów''.
Na partnera w projekcie wybraliśmy szkołę Idiomas Carlos V w Sewilli. Na naszą decyzję wpłynęło kilka czynników. Po pierwsze, w Hiszpanii według ustawy z 1990 r. o ogólnej organizacji systemu edukacji (LOGSE) poradnictwo edukacyjne i zawodowe uznawane jest za podstawowe prawo uczniów i podstawową zasadę edukacji, jej jakości i równości. Usługi poradnictwa zawodowego i informacji powinny być świadczone w obrębie całego systemu edukacji i uznawane są za środek niezbędny w indywidualnym kształceniu obowiązkowym w kategoriach wiedzy, umiejętności i wartości.
W projekcie weźmie udział dziesięciu nauczycieli. Będą to osoby, które najlepiej posługują się językiem hiszpańskim oraz są chętne do mobilności, gotowe do podjęcia działań na rzecz współpracy międzynarodowej, wdrażania nowych metod nauczania, pomysłów na organizację doradztwa zawodowego oraz wykonywania zadań związanych z ewaluacją i upowszechnieniem projektu. Uczestnicy projektu będą przygotowywać się do mobilności pod względem językowym, kulturowym i metodycznym. Następnie wezmą udział w dziesięciodniowym kursie językowym w Sewilli w Hiszpanii połączonym z obserwacją pracy szkoły kształcącej osoby ze specjalnymi potrzebami. Uczestnictwo w kursie umożliwi im przełamie bariery językowej. Uczestnicy będą uczęszczać na zajęcia języka hiszpańskiego prowadzone przez rodowitych użytkowników języka, jak również poznają system edukacji w Hiszpanii, metody i techniki pracy stosowane w tamtejszych szkołach. Dowiedzą się w jaki sposób jest tam organizowane doradztwo zawodowe i jak przebiega aktywizacja zawodowa osób z niepełnosprawnościami. Będą mieć możliwość wymiany doświadczeń z pracującymi tam nauczycielami.
Po powrocie do Polski nauczyciele wykorzystają zdobytą wiedzę w swojej pracy dydaktycznej. Zastosują metody nauczania oraz wdrożą pomysły na organizację doradztwa zawodowego w pracę szkoły, co z kolei wpłynie nie tylko wzrost skuteczności i atrakcyjności zajęć, ale przede wszystkim zwiększy szans uczniów na rynku pracy. Uczestnicy podzielą się zdobytą wiedzą z całą kadrą pedagogiczną szkoły oraz nauczycielami z innych placówek. Będą też informować o projekcie na stronie internetowej szkoły (zarówno po polsku jak i po angielsku), opublikują artykuł w prasie lokalnej. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się zatem do promocji szkoły w regionie oraz na arenie międzynarodowej.
The priority educational goals of the Complex of Special Schools in Warta include:- shaping the correct attitude of students with intellectual disabilities towards work in the aspect of motivation, competence and performance, - preparing students to take on the role of an employee and to perform simple tasks in working conditions,- developing skills related to job seeking, including the use of various sources of information.
The teachers of the Complex of Special Schools in Warta make every effort to achieve these goals and prepare their pupils for adult life, for maximum independence, also in the aspect of professional work. In today's reality, an important and desirable feature is the ability to adapt to various types of work, which is not easy for a young person with a disability. Preparation for professional activation of students with intellectual disabilities remains a challenge.
To meet this challenge, teachers decided to expand their competences in the field of organization of professional counseling based on international cooperation and take part in teachers' mobility project programme. Our project was developed based on the European School Development Plan, which identifies the school's needs and areas for improvement. The project's objectives result from the main needs of the school. These are: developing the language competences of our teachers and shaping their multilingualism, better organization of professional counseling at the Complex of Special Schools in Warta, developing key competences for students, applying innovative methods and tools for working with students with special educational needs,as well as referencing the European dimension of the institution and acquiring a partner school for the "Transnational student mobility" project.We chose the Idiomas Carlos school in Seville as a partner in the project.
Several factors influenced our decision. First, in Spain, according to the 1990 Act on the General Organization of the Education System (LOGSE), educational and professional guidance is recognized as the fundamental right of students and the basic principle of education, its quality and equality. Career counseling and information services should be provided throughout the entire education system and considered a necessary means of individual compulsory education in the categories of knowledge, skills and values.
Ten teachers will participate in the project. These will be people who speak Spanish best and are willing to be mobile, ready to take action for international cooperation, implementation of new teaching methods, ideas for organizing professional counseling and performing tasks related to project evaluation and dissemination.Project participants will spend 5 months preparing for mobility in terms of language, cultural and methodological advice. Then they will participate in a ten-day language course in Seville, Spain, combined with observing the work of the school educating people with special needs. Participation in the course will allow them to overcome the language barrier. Participants will attend Spanish language classes run by native speakers of the language, as well as learn about the Spanish education system, working methods and techniques used at those schools. They will learn how professional counseling is organized there and how professional activation of people with disabilities takes place.They will have the opportunity to exchange experience with the teachers working there. After returning to Poland, teachers will use this knowledge in their didactic work. They will apply teaching methods and implement ideas for organizing professional counseling in school work, which in turn will not only increase the efficiency and attractiveness of classes, but above all increase the chances of students on the labor market. Participants will share their knowledge with the entire school's teaching staff and teachers from other institutions. They will also inform about the project on the school's website (both in Polish and English), and publish the article in the local press. The implementation of the project will therefore contribute to the promotion of the school in the region and internationally. Participation in the project will allow teachers to improve their professional, personal, practical, cultural competences, and their motivation to continue learning the language will increase. Knowledge of Spanish language will be a gate for them to further professional development, and contacts with teachers from abroad, established while participating in the training, will result in further international cooperation in the project "Transnational mobility of students".
All the skills acquired as part of the project will strengthen the professional profile of teachers. Teachers' professionalism will contribute to improving the quality of school work.
